Position Overview

We are looking for someone to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for our Agent and internal team. This role is critical to keeping our office running efficiently, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled, deadlines are met, and team events and administrative processes are executed with excellence.

Responsibilities
• Manage and organize agency email communications on behalf of the agent
• Support recruiting efforts — posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews• Assist with onboarding new hires, including system setup and orientation coordination• Call customers to schedule appointments for the agent• Run agency reports and compile data for review• Plan and coordinate marketing and community outreach events• Organize team events and activities that strengthen culture and collaboration• Provide general administrative support to keep daily operations efficient

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
