"This is my 2nd go at it with State Farm but unlike the firat time which ended because they couldn't provide me with a suitably priced Homeowners policy in 2004, this go around ends on the basis of a demonstration of a sheer lack of empathy at its finest. It is clear and evident that State Farm likes to drag their feet in their red tape processing of Supplementals and clearly lack empathy across the broader spectrum of their customer's well doing across the claim and with specific handling of their rental car extensions in the event of an inadvertent delay in the finishing of the vehicle completion. Needless to say, my days are numbered with them. Good riddance."

"I’ve had State Farm in many states over a 20 year period. So I speak from experience when I say you should consider another agency. This location has rude employees and many times I cannot get through. Sometimes it’s very easy to get a hold of someone but then they’ll tell you that they’ll need to call you back and never do. Im sure you know If you’re injured in an Auto accident and the other party is liable then that party will pay for your medical bills. But something you can do in Texas is after you settle you can open a PIP claim and collect cash for the same bills that were already paid legally. I had medical bills that exceeded $10K and this agency never explained that to me and left my PIP at $2.5K so I never took full advantage of this. I also had an agent cuss me out for trying to get my claim started. Really unprofessional."
