"4 years ago I gave them 5 stars coming back and would give them Zero if I could. They charged me $139 to change my address on my renters (no one told me there was a few until I got the bill). Cancelled my policy a week ago and yet was charged the full amount today. Had to go up there no one would answer the phone. To be told it could take a few weeks to get the policy canceled (was not told that when canceling). Asked about getting a refund and was told they had no control of that it’s the billing the department. I was told they would issue a refund just don’t know when and I am not allowed to have the number to the billing department to call myself. With all that being said communication is very poor. I switched companies everything is the same even added a car and saving over $100 per month. For those wondering I even talked to the owner Andrew Jantz himself absolutely no help."
